Our approach is to inspire, coach and move towards a more positive future

Founded in 2021, Who Dares Gyms started as the first ever UK beach training hub, combining functional fitness and traditional CrossFit exercise, with military mindset training. All of this situated on the beautiful coastline of Bournemouth Beach. 

At Who Dares Gyms, our commitment has always been to foster strength, resilience, and community. In collaboration with Rockwater Branksome, we’re excited to elevate your fitness journey by offering an array of classes that not only challenge the body but also invigorate the spirit.
